During a sound bath, participants listen to soothing sounds and healing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more. With your eyes closed, the ancient hum of singing bowls washes over you, creating a serene and healing environment.

How Does Sound Bath Meditation Work?

During a sound bath, resonant sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating heart rate and breathing. Time Commitment

Time commitment of three hours. The Sound Bath itself will be approximately 60 minutes in length. Establishing the space and setting up the instruments takes a bit of time, so please allow one and a half hours for setup for take and half an hour takedown.

Requirements for Booking

Location

Host offers space for participants to lie down with enough room to walk in between. Please contact us if we can help you secure a location.

  • Additional 5ft x 5ft space for the Facilitator and instruments

  • Area must be swept/vacuumed clean, free of pets, distraction, and outside noise as much as possible

  • Preferred: Ability to dim or turn off lights in the session space

Investment

$200 per session. Sessions outside of the Chicagoland area are subject to a Travel Charge.
